Pinsky was the first band that Sinking Ship Records signed, and Losing Touch was the band’s first full length - originally released on July 5, 2011. Now, 10 years later, we’re releasing the album on vinyl for the first time.
Pinsky was (and is) Peter Vachon, Jeffrey Roberts, Andre Tranchemontagne and Mike(ton) Graton - but it was also this extended cast of characters I had the pleasure to meet - and share a round with - in Portland, Maine.
Listening to album again, 10-years removed, I realize how much the songs were tailor made for that inner-circle. Losing Touch is a testament to intimate friendships forged in barrooms in early adulthood.
And looking back, fondly, I recognize how fleeting it all was.
Includes unlimited streaming of Losing Touch
via the free Bandcamp app, plus high-quality download in MP3, FLAC and more.
